Richelle Konian Richelle Konian, co-founder of Careers on the Move, runs the IT recruiting division of the firm. In 2001, her efforts led to the specialization of risk management, and in 2003 the initiation of Investment Management buy-side recruiting. Previously, Richelle spent several years at a Wall Street software development and management consulting firm. There she developed a recruitment/sales division for the banking and brokerage industry and launched the Financial Information Forum. For several years, she has been named a top recruiter for information technology by Waters magazine. Richelle holds a BS in business administration from the University at Albany. She now serves on the Advisory Council to the School of Business in Career Services and is a member of the Executive Committee. In recent years, she has been interviewed on CBS Evening News (US & Europe) and profiled in Wall Street & Technology magazine.
