Our client is a minority-owned equity brokerage firm that can be helpful towards meeting the minority brokerage mandates of buy-side organizations. They provide full-service sales and trading for all New York Stock Exchange and over-the-counter stocks. Their investor base includes large institutional equity fund managers, pension funds, hedge funds, and small-to-mid-sized institutional investors.

We are currently seeking institutional sales traders for our trading desk. The candidate will be responsible for the creation and servicing of day-to-day sales and trading for institutional clients.

Job Requirements:
Must have an independent book of institutional agency business with strong buy-side relationships. Must be active.
Must have a minimum of three years equity sales trading and institutional experience.
Must be interested in a compensation package based on commissions.
Must be knowledgeable of institutional order executions and allocations.
Must be Series 7, 55, and 63 licensed.

100% commission (45% payout net of ticket and execution costs)

Location:  Nassau County, Long Island

Salary:  Salary 100% commission
